RELEASE AND WAIVER: I am aware of the hazards inherent with motor vehicle events and, specifically release and indemnify the organizers, supporting car and bike clubs and the City of Arvada and North Jeffco Parks and Recreation Department, collectively and separately, from any and all liability for personal injury or property damage incurred by me or my guests, while participating in this event. I also agree not to start any loud vehicles during the day of the event and to abide by the City of Arvada’s rules regarding NO SMOKING. No “FOR SALE” are permitted and no TRUCKS OR TRAILERS are permitted in the park.
